Hours of Operation
Stepping Stones offers 30 ECE hours for over 3 year old children. We are open 5 days per week (including school holidays), but is not open on public holidays. Our opening hours are from 7.45am to 5.15pm. We are closed over the Christmas break for 2 weeks.
Parents will be notified of exact dates.
Payments
Payments are to be made one week in advance. Automatic payment and internet banking are our preferred methods of payment. We also accept cash payments. WINZ subsidy is available – please ask a staff member for forms.

Absences
You are entitled to three weeks holiday per year at 50% of your normal weekly rates. You need to advise us one week in advance. All other absences will be charged at the usual rate.
Stepping Stones Preschool will be closed on all statutory holidays and no fees will be charged.
Changes to enrolment
If you wish to change your child’s session/days you must give one week’s notice in writing (please ask a staff member for a form).
We require two weeks’ notice of a child withdrawing from the centre.
